Delivery And Returns

About this policy

This policy is designed to inform you of what you should expect from us as well as your rights should you purchase any items from the hawfd.org website.
 

Delivery

Preorder Items – Any items shown as being available on preorder will show an estimated date when they will become available for delivery / collection. Should there be a delay in the item(s) becoming available at the stated time, we will contact you via the details that you provided at the time of order to advise you of the delay. At which point you can agree to wait for your item(s) to come into stock or ask for a full refund via the payment method used at the time of order.
 
Collection From Whyburn Lane – Once you have placed your order and your item(s) are in stock, we will contact you either via e-mail or telephone to arrange a convenient time for you to collect along with the collection address. Please ensure that you bring either a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail or have it available on your phone. If you have chosen cash on collection, it would be appreciated if you have the exact payment and note that cash does mean cash, as we are unable to take card payments manually.
 
Local Delivery – Local delivery is to NG15 6**, NG15 7** and NG15 8** areas. Once you have placed your order and your item(s) are in stock, we will contact you either via e-mail or telephone to arrange a convenient time to deliver. This will normally be early evenings or at the weekend. If you have chosen cash on delivery, it would be appreciated if you have the exact payment and note that cash does mean cash, as we are unable to take card payments manually.
 
UK Delivery – Once you have placed your order and your item(s) are in stock, we will despatch your order to any mainland UK destination (inc Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man) via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is normally a 1 – 2 day service, but delivery times may vary especially in the run up to Christmas. You will receive an email with your tracking number and regular updates as your order goes through the Royal Mail system.
 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch / collection. Your full payment will be refunded via the original payment method used.
 

Refunds

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to ensure that you are happy with it. If you wish to return it to us for any reason, please contact us via web@hawfd.org within 14 days. Please tell us your order number and the reason for return. We will then contact you with a returns address. Please be aware that you are responsible for any costs incurred for the return of the item. Your payment will be refunded via the original payment method used.
